Caleb O. Lyman is a founding partner at Alta Legal. Caleb provides legal services in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, and other injury related services. Caleb is fluent in Spanish and enjoys serving the Latino members of our communities.

Caleb O. Lyman is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Arizona. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon-College of Law. Caleb enjoys playing on his Harley Davidson, mountain biking, and traveling with his family.

Terrell R. Lee is an experienced attorney serving clients for over a decade. Terrell practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts & Estates, Workers Compensation, Probate, and other general Business legal matters. Terrell earned his Juris Doctorate from Penn State – College of Law. Terrell is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Utah State Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law in State and Federal Courts.

Ky M. Papke is a managing partner of Alta Legal and an experienced trial attorney providing legal services in the areas of Personal Injury.

Ky M. Papke is licensed to practice law in both Utah and Arizona. In 2018, Ky was selected as a top 40 under 40 trial attorney by the National Trial Lawyers. Ky is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Utah State Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association, and licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts.

Ky earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho – College of Law. Ky is an avid golfer and downhill skier and enjoys traveling with his wife and children.

John Christiansen is an attorney providing legal services covering a wide variety of areas including, Business Law, Bankruptcy, and Workers’ Compensation claims.

John Christiansen, who practices law in Provo, Utah, was selected to Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list for 2017 – 2020. This peer designation is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state. The Rising Stars selection process takes into account peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other cogent factors. Through his efforts over the past 10 years as an attorney, he has recovered millions of dollars for his clients through litigation and settlement. Additionally, he has assisted Utahns and Utah businesses in eliminating and reorganizing hundreds of millions of dollars of debts.

John is very knowledgeable in the law. Outside of his law practice he has designed and taught dozens of courses both on-line and on-ground for Utah Valley University and Eagle Gate College in the area of legal studies.

Juliana Manzanarez is an experienced attorney at Alta Legal. The daughter of immigrants she understands the value of serving her local community and assisting those who may not understand the legal process. Juliana’s practice focuses on personal injury and immigration.

Juliana Manzanarez is licensed to practice law in Arizona. Juliana has appeared in immigration courts representing clientele in a variety of proceedings. She has also represented clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the U.S. District Court of Arizona, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Juliana earned her Juris Doctorate from Arizona Summit Law School and Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
